Refund policy

Welcome to Bandos — more than a brand, it’s your statement. Because of the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right.


Returns (Damage Only)

We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Include photo evidence of the damage along with your order number.

If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.


Refunds (Store Credit Only)

We do not offer cash or card refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit will be provided via a digital code that can be used on any future purchase at bandosbd.com.


Exchanges

Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges for size or style. Please review all product details and sizing info before purchasing.
