Shipping policy

At Bandos, every piece is more than a product — it’s personal. We ship each order with care to make sure it arrives just right.


Order Processing

  • Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing (2-4 weeks for pre-orders)

  • During high-volume drops or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

All U.S. orders ship exclusively via USPS.

  • Shipping method: USPS First-Class or Priority Mail

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (after processing)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on USPS rates.

We do not use UPS, FedEx, or any other carriers for domestic orders.

 


International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide.

  • Carrier will be selected based on your country and order size

  • Delivery time varies by destination and customs

  • International customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, or fees


Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order has shipped

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update


 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked “Delivered” by USPS, Bandos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 10 business days, email us at [customersupport@bandosbd.com] — we’ll do our best to assist.


Incorrect Shipping Info

  • Always double-check your shipping address before placing an order

  • If you entered the wrong address, email us ASAP at [customersupport@bandosbd.com]

  • If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to correct it

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses


Preorders & Limited Drops

Some products may be marked as preorders. Shipping dates for these items will be stated in the product description.

Preorder items are final sale and ship according to the schedule provided.
